Prepared for Kasey Hurlbutt — March 2026
SuperInterviews is building a talent marketplace connecting employers in accounting, CAS, and outsourced financial services with pre-vetted, interview-ready candidates. The outreach challenge is clear: your buyers live on LinkedIn, and manual connection requests cap at roughly 200 per week per profile.
Bottle Rocket Growth (BRG) will layer in additional LinkedIn sender profiles to multiply that capacity, integrated directly with your existing Instantly email sequences so outreach fires across both channels as a unified campaign. The result is an omni-channel motion where email and LinkedIn work together - not in parallel silos.
This document outlines how that works, who we'd be going after, and some of the initial campaign ideas we've been thinking about as potential starting points to drive pipeline for SuperInterviews' employer-side partnerships.
Omni-Channel Outreach Workflow
Instantly fires emails. Non-responders are automatically pulled into OrangeSlice via native integration, which triggers a personalized LinkedIn connection request through HeyReach — no Zapier, no manual work.
Instantly and HeyReach are native integrations in OrangeSlice — no Zapier, no Make, no manual bridging required. Your sequences run exactly as-is today.
At the core, we use borrowed LinkedIn profiles - real human accounts that we set up and brand to represent SuperInterviews. Each profile sits on its own dedicated proxy server and is managed by BRG. These are real profiles, not bots - each one gets fully built out to look like a genuine member of the SuperInterviews team.
Per-profile capacity
Each sender profile can push up to 200 connection requests per week. The more senders you add, the more volume you create - that's the whole idea. This capacity is purely additive on top of whatever your internal team is already doing.
What BRG provides:
Profile Build-Out & Branding
Each borrowed profile is built out to look like a member of the SuperInterviews team. That includes a professional headshot, custom header image, headline, detailed work history, bio, skills, endorsements, and everything else needed to make the profile feel established and credible.
List Building & Research
BRG builds every prospect list using deep research tools (not just pull-down filters from a database). We identify the right people at the right companies, verify their LinkedIn URLs, and build personalized context for outreach.
Messaging & Sequencing
All connection request copy, follow-up messages, and nurture sequences are written by BRG. Messaging is tailored to the campaign, the persona, and the pain point - not templated spray-and-pray.
Daily Management
Available in the Done-For-You model. BRG monitors all sender profiles daily. When someone accepts a connection or replies, we manage the conversation and push qualified prospects toward a booked meeting on your team's calendar.
Instantly Integration
As part of the initial setup, we'll build an automation bridge between your Instantly email campaigns and the LinkedIn outreach system. When a prospect doesn't respond to your email sequence after a set period, they automatically get enrolled into the LinkedIn campaign. This means your email and LinkedIn aren't running in isolation - they're working as one coordinated, multi-touch sequence.
In plain terms: you keep running Instantly the way you already are. BRG bolts on a LinkedIn layer that fires automatically when email doesn't land. Your internal senders keep doing what they do. The borrowed profiles are additive volume on top of that.

Based on SuperInterviews' pivot toward accounting, CAS, and outsourced financial services, here's the ICP we'd target. The accounting industry is facing a well-documented talent crisis - 85% of finance and accounting managers report difficulty finding skilled professionals, and the U.S. is short an estimated 340,000 accountants. These firms are actively looking for better ways to find talent. That's the door we walk through.
Firm Type
CAS practices, public accounting (non-Big 4), outsourced financial services, fractional CFO firms
Firm Size
20-500 employees, typically Top 100-500 ranked or regional leaders
Buyer Titles
Managing Partner, CAS Practice Leader, Head of Talent, HR Director, Director of Recruiting, Founder/Owner
Geography
United States, with emphasis on metros with high accounting firm density
Qualifying signals we look for:
The following are real individuals at firms that match the ICP. These represent the caliber of prospect we'd be targeting - people with direct influence over hiring decisions at firms that are actively struggling to fill accounting roles.
CAS Practice Leader & Partner at Brown Edwards
Top 100 CPA firm with growing CAS division, nearly 30 years in outsourced accounting
Partner & Leader, Client Accounting Services at Sax Advisory Group
Fastest-growing practice area at firm, views CAS as a strategic necessity, actively scaling team
Client Accounting Services Leader at Warren Averett
Increased demand for CAS, helping clients navigate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial guidance
Partner, Outsourced Finance & Accounting Services at Katz, Sapper & Miller
Leads outsourced F&A group, high demand from business owners seeking clarity on growth and cash flow
CAS Practice Leader at CohnReznick
Managed 60% year-over-year CAS growth in 2024, aggressively scaling team to meet demand
Partner in Charge of Growth, Outsourced Accounting at Cherry Bekaert
Clients demanding more than tax returns - seeking advisory, scenarios, insights, and automation support
Owner at MAK Financial CPA
CAS-focused firm specializing in QSR, actively hiring for CAS roles, building out advisory capabilities
Managing Partner at Pease & Associates
Publicly stated he could hire 200 people tomorrow, firm growing rapidly with open positions to fill
Senior Director of Talent at Apple Growth Partners
Directly responsible for talent acquisition at growing CPA firm, feeling the hiring crunch firsthand
These are some of the initial campaign angles we've been thinking about as potential starting points. We'd want to align on which of these feels right to lead with, and we can always refine or add new tracks as we learn what's resonating.
Lead with the industry pain point: 85% of finance and accounting managers can't find skilled professionals. Position SuperInterviews as the bridge between employers who need accountants and the talent that's out there but hard to reach.
Primary targets: Managing Partners, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leads at firms with 20-200 employees
Target firms whose CAS practices are outpacing their ability to staff them. The message: your fastest-growing service line shouldn't be bottlenecked by your hiring pipeline.
Primary targets: CAS Practice Leaders, Partners overseeing outsourced accounting divisions
Mid-market firms are competing for the same talent pool as Deloitte and EY, but without the brand recognition. Position SuperInterviews as the equalizer that connects them with pre-vetted, interview-ready candidates.
Primary targets: Founders and Managing Partners at firms ranked outside the Top 25 but inside the Top 200
Firms offering outsourced financial services (BPO, fractional CFO, controller services) need a constant flow of specialized talent. SuperInterviews gives them a curated pipeline instead of job board noise.
Primary targets: Owners and partners at dedicated outsourced accounting firms and fractional CFO practices
Every message is hyper-personalized. We research each prospect individually and reference specific things they've said, done, or built. Here are a few examples using prospects from the list above.
"{FIRST_NAME} - saw you mentioned you could hire 200 people tomorrow if you could find them. That's the reality for a lot of firms right now. We built SuperInterviews specifically for this - connecting accounting firms with pre-vetted, interview-ready talent. Open to a quick chat?"
Why this works: References a specific public quote, validates the pain, introduces SuperInterviews directly.
"{FIRST_NAME} - 60% CAS growth at CohnReznick last year is no joke. Curious how you're keeping the talent pipeline full at that pace. We've been working with CAS leaders on sourcing and vetting accounting talent faster - would love your take even if just 10 minutes."
Why this works: Leads with a specific, verifiable accomplishment. Invites collaboration rather than pitching.
"{FIRST_NAME} - your point about clients wanting way more than just tax returns stuck with me. Advisory, scenarios, insights - all of that requires people who think beyond compliance. That's the talent we help firms find at SuperInterviews. Worth connecting?"
Why this works: Mirrors her own publicly stated philosophy about client expectations back to her.
"{FIRST_NAME} - saw Warren Averett has been growing its CAS practice around budgeting, forecasting, and strategic guidance. That kind of work needs a very specific kind of accountant. We've built a marketplace that helps firms find exactly those people, pre-vetted and ready. Worth a conversation?"
Why this works: Ties the firm's specific service offerings to the type of talent SuperInterviews provides.
Two paths depending on how much you want BRG to own. Both include the full setup - the difference is whether BRG manages the day-to-day replies and meeting booking, or your team handles that.
