A LinkedIn outbound engine built for regulated verticals. Fill the top of the funnel so your closers can close.
Prepared for Alex Shevelenko
RELAYTO transforms static documents into interactive, analytics-rich experiences that help regulated industries sell more effectively. The platform has strong product-market validation with flagship customers in insurance, energy, and health/pharma, but the U.S. pipeline is bottlenecked by a lack of structured outbound.
Bottle Rocket Growth will deploy a LinkedIn borrowed-sender outbound program to generate qualified meetings for RELAYTO's sales team. We will target employee benefits brokers and agencies as the primary vertical, with health/pharma and energy/infrastructure as secondary campaign tracks. The goal is simple: fill the calendar with qualified conversations so your U.S. closers can do what they do best.
BRG operates a LinkedIn borrowed-sender model. We source, build, and manage real human LinkedIn profiles that are dressed up to represent RELAYTO. Each profile is hosted on a dedicated proxy, warmed for a minimum of six months, and equipped with 1,000+ connections before it ever touches a campaign. Your internal team profiles can be added at a reduced rate to scale volume.
BRG provisions dedicated LinkedIn sender profiles. Each profile is updated to reflect a RELAYTO role: headline, about section, experience, and header image. Only one edit per day to stay compliant with LinkedIn. Profiles are ready in approximately one week.
We build specialized agents that go out on behalf of all of our clients to build lists of qualified decision makers, so you are reaching the right people in the right spots at the right times using signal data. Lists are layered with job changes, conference attendance, content engagement, tech stack indicators, and buying triggers specific to each vertical.
Every connection request ships with a message (under 300 characters). Follow-up sequences are three touches max. No AI slop. Copy is crafted around real data points, namedrop references, and specific hooks relevant to each prospect.
Campaigns run daily through HeyReach. BRG monitors all acceptances and replies, manages negative-to-positive reply conversion, and routes booked meetings directly to the RELAYTO sales team via a shared Slack channel.
RELAYTO's strongest fit is in regulated verticals where complex, compliance-heavy content needs to drive buying decisions. These are organizations sitting on mountains of static PDFs, benefits guides, and technical documentation that could be transformed into interactive, trackable experiences.
Benefits brokerages and agencies that produce enrollment guides, compliance materials, and plan comparison documents. These firms move fast when they see a competitive edge and there is a large addressable market of mid-to-large agencies across the U.S.
Digital health companies, pharma marketers, and health systems that need compliant content experiences to educate buyers and HCPs. Longer sales cycles but high contract values and strong RELAYTO fit with regulated content requirements.
Utilities, energy companies, and infrastructure firms with complex technical documentation. RELAYTO has strong logos here (ADNOC, Westinghouse) and the vertical lends itself to interactive safety, compliance, and operational content.
VP Marketing, VP Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Content, Director of Sales Enablement, Principal/Owner (at brokerages), Head of Digital, and Director of Communications.
A sample of the types of companies and contacts we would target across RELAYTO's three verticals. Final lists will be built using layered signal data and validated before campaign launch.

Target benefits brokers ahead of open enrollment season. Lead with the pain of static PDF benefits guides that no one reads and position RELAYTO as the way to make enrollment materials interactive, trackable, and actually engaging for employees.
Insurance / BenefitsBrokers send proposals and benefits comparisons into a black hole. Position RELAYTO's engagement analytics as the competitive edge: know exactly which pages prospects read, how long they spend, and when they are ready to talk.
Insurance / BenefitsPharma and health companies are drowning in compliance requirements for content. Lead with RELAYTO's ability to transform regulated documentation into engaging, compliant digital experiences that shorten the sales cycle.
Health & PharmaEnergy and infrastructure companies have massive libraries of safety manuals, technical specs, and operational guides. Target heads of digital or content with the story of how ADNOC and Westinghouse use RELAYTO to make that content work harder.
Energy & InfrastructureFor enterprise sales teams across all verticals: position RELAYTO as the platform for building personalized content hubs per account. Interactive proposals, digital sales rooms, and microsites that let buyers self-educate and signal intent.
All VerticalsAll connection requests include a message. Every message is under 300 characters, written by hand, and tailored to the prospect's vertical and role. Below are samples of the types of openers we would deploy.
[First Name], benefits guides that nobody reads are an industry problem. We help brokerages turn enrollment content into interactive experiences with built-in analytics. Worth connecting?
[First Name], curious if [Company] tracks how prospects engage with your benefits proposals. We give brokerages page-level analytics on every doc they send. Happy to share how.
[First Name], regulated content does not have to be boring. We help health and pharma teams turn compliance-heavy docs into interactive experiences that actually convert. Open to connecting?
[First Name], companies like ADNOC and Westinghouse use our platform to transform technical docs into interactive content with full engagement tracking. Think it could be relevant for [Company].
We are happy to start with a scaled-down pilot to prove out the model before scaling. Based on our conversation, here is what that looks like:
This gives RELAYTO 3 active senders running campaigns from day one. If at any point during the three months we decide to scale up, we can add senders and expand campaign coverage immediately.
