Bottle Rocket Growth

LinkedIn Outreach
Partnership Plan

Prepared for Sugam Arora — March 2026

01

Executive Summary

Ponce AI is building an aesthetic intelligence platform that closes the patient education gap inside medical spas and aesthetic clinics. The go-to-market challenge is clear: your buyers are practice owners and managers who live on LinkedIn, and manual connection requests cap at roughly 200 per week per profile.

Bottle Rocket Growth (BRG) will layer in additional LinkedIn sender profiles to multiply that capacity. The result is a high-volume, highly personalized outbound motion that books qualified demos directly onto your calendar.

This document outlines how that works, who we'd be going after, and the campaign angles we think give Ponce AI the strongest shot at breaking through with medspa owners and operators right now.

02

How It Works

At the core, we use borrowed LinkedIn profiles — real human accounts that we set up and brand to represent Ponce AI. Each profile sits on its own dedicated proxy server and is managed by BRG. These are real profiles, not bots — each one gets fully built out to look like a genuine member of the Ponce AI team.

Per-profile capacity

Each sender profile can push up to 200 connection requests per week. The more senders you add, the more volume you create — that's the whole idea. This capacity is purely additive on top of whatever your team is already doing.

What BRG provides:

Profile Build-Out & Branding

Each borrowed profile is built out to look like a member of the Ponce AI team. That includes a professional headshot, custom header image, headline, detailed work history, bio, skills, endorsements, and everything else needed to make the profile feel established and credible.

List Building & Research

BRG builds every prospect list using deep research tools — not just pull-down filters from a database. We identify the right owners and managers at the right practices, verify their LinkedIn URLs, and build personalized context for outreach.

Messaging & Sequencing

All connection request copy and follow-up messages are written by BRG. Messaging is tailored to the campaign, the persona, and the pain point — not templated spray-and-pray.

Daily Management

Available in the Done-For-You model. BRG monitors all sender profiles daily. When someone accepts a connection or replies, we manage the conversation and push qualified prospects toward a booked demo on your calendar.

In plain terms: the borrowed profiles are additive volume on top of whatever outbound your team is already running. BRG handles the setup, research, and messaging — and your team just shows up to the demos.

03

Ideal Customer Profile

Ponce AI's buyers are the people accountable for revenue at aesthetic practices — owners, founders, and practice managers who are business-focused first and clinical second. The industry has a documented patient education gap, with roughly 47% of patients unaware of services they could benefit from. That's the door we walk through on every call.

Medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or dermatology practice with an active injectable and device menu

Practice Size

1–7+ locations, 2+ years established, 2–25 staff, existing patient base

Example Prospects

The following are real individuals at practices that match the ICP. These represent the caliber of prospect we'd be targeting — operators with direct budget authority over tools that affect patient revenue, at practices actively looking to grow spend per visit.

Jordan Bell
Dallas, TX

CEO, Revive MedSpa Group

PE-backed operator running 6 locations across DFW. Standardizing consult experience across providers is a stated operational priority. Exactly the profile where inconsistent patient education is costing revenue at scale.

Alicia Vega
Scottsdale, AZ

Founder & Owner, Luminate Aesthetics

3-location operator with injectables, CoolSculpting, and skin treatments. Uses Aesthetic Record. Vocal on Instagram about patient outcomes and has posted about the challenge of patients not following through on treatment plans.

Megan Shelby, NP
Nashville, TN

Owner/NP, Contour MedSpa

2 locations, injector-led practice with a growing membership base and full device menu. Actively investing in patient experience tools. Publicly mentioned the gap between what patients ask for in the room vs. what they'd actually benefit from.

Dana Whitfield
Columbus, OH

Director of Operations, MedSpa810 (4-location group)

Franchise operator scaling 4 MedSpa810 locations, investing heavily in staff education and client experience tools. Responsible for operational consistency across sites — a perfect fit for the standardized consult flow Ponce enables.

Kristin Murray
Atlanta, GA

Founder & CEO, Skin Remedy MedSpa

Award-winning single-to-multi location operator with a loyal membership base and a full treatment menu spanning injectables, lasers, and skin. Active and engaged Instagram presence. Talks about wanting higher average ticket value from existing patients.

Tori Flanagan, PA-C
Portland, OR

Owner/PA-C, Pure Medical Spa

Premium boutique practice, 1 location, strong local brand with a curated full-service menu. Technology-forward and vocal about running a practice that educates patients rather than just sells them. A strong proof-point prospect.

Lauren Stine, PA-C
Charlotte, NC

Owner/PA-C, Timeless Beauty Bar

Injectables-focused boutique with an active membership program and loyal patient base. Strong Instagram following built around educational content. Has talked about the challenge of getting patients to explore beyond Botox and fillers.

Kaitlyn Moore
Nashville, TN

Director of Operations, Jolie Medical Aesthetics

Operations lead across a growing multi-location Nashville group. Responsible for patient experience metrics and consult outcomes. Has the cross-location visibility to see where revenue is leaking — and the authority to fix it.

Ashley Leavitt
Scottsdale, AZ

CEO & Founder, Skin Deep Aesthetics

2-location operator with a full-service menu and a reputation for high-touch patient experience. Actively scaling and publicly focused on increasing average spend per visit. Has tested and adopted other aesthetic tech tools, which signals low friction for Ponce AI.

Jamie Sherwood
Los Angeles, CA

Director of Operations, Alchemy 43

Oversees operations at one of the fastest-growing injectable bar concepts nationally, with 25+ locations. Managing consistent consult outcomes across a large provider network is a known operational challenge — and a strong use case for Ponce AI's standardized education layer.

05

Initial Campaign Ideas

These are the campaign angles we think give Ponce AI the best shot at cutting through. We'd align on which one to lead with, then refine the others as we learn what's resonating. Each angle is tied to a real pain point and a real buyer trigger.

01

The Education Gap

Lead with the industry stat: nearly half of patients are unaware of services they could benefit from. Position Ponce AI as the tool that closes that gap — not by pushing services at patients, but by putting clinical guidance on their phone so decisions come from understanding, not guesswork.

Primary targets: Medspa owners and founders who are focused on raising average ticket value without adding more marketing spend

02

After the Visit

Target practices where providers give a great consult — and then the plan disappears when the patient walks out. The message: your clinical guidance shouldn't compete with whatever patients find online after they leave. Ponce keeps your voice in their pocket, at every step.

Primary targets: Owner/providers and practice managers at established single and multi-location practices with strong treatment menus

03

The Multi-Location Problem

Target operators who know consult quality varies across providers and locations. The pitch: Ponce standardizes the education and plan-building experience so every patient gets the same level of treatment awareness — regardless of which provider they saw or which location they visited.

Primary targets: Directors of Operations, GMs, and CEOs at practices running 3+ locations or scaling toward that

04

Membership Revenue Protection

Target practices with active membership programs. The angle: your members are your best patients — and the ones most likely to spend more if they actually understand what they could benefit from. Ponce turns members into high-value, fully-educated patients who ask for more.

Primary targets: Owners and practice managers at membership-driven medspas where retention and per-member value are tracked metrics

What the outreach actually looks like

Every message is built around something specific to that person or practice. We research each prospect before the first touch — their Instagram, their service menu, anything they've said publicly — and use it to make the outreach feel like it couldn't have been sent to anyone else. Here are a few examples using prospects from the list above.

Jordan Bell at Revive MedSpa Group
Connection Request

"{FIRST_NAME}, running 6 locations means consult quality varies by provider. Ponce AI puts the treatment assessment and plan on the patient's phone so every visit is consistent. One customer saw a 40% spend increase. Worth connecting?"

Why this works: Leads with the operational pain of a multi-location operator. Proof point is immediate and specific. Doesn't pitch hard, just asks to connect.

Lauren Stine, PA-C at Timeless Beauty Bar
Connection Request

"{FIRST_NAME}, your content on patients defaulting to just Botox resonated. Ponce AI puts clinical assessment on the patient's phone so they arrive knowing what they could benefit from. Clinics see +33% spend lift. Worth connecting?"

Why this works: Mirrors her own publicly expressed frustration back to her. Validates her thinking before introducing the product.

Alicia Vega at Luminate Aesthetics
Connection Request

"{FIRST_NAME}, you built a full menu across three locations but patients only ask for what they already know about. Half the menu stays invisible no matter how good your providers are. Ponce AI fixes that. Open to connecting?"

Why this works: Demonstrates research (knows the menu and footprint), names the pain without being preachy, clean CTA.

Megan Shelby, NP at Contour MedSpa
Follow-Up Message (after connect)

"Thanks for connecting, Megan. We help membership-driven medspas get patients to engage with the full range of what they could benefit from, not just what they know to ask for. Worth a 12-minute call this week?"

Why this works: Sent after acceptance, so it can be warmer and more direct. Specific to her membership model. Low-friction ask.
